کوشش برای ترسیم سیر تحول ساخت رنگدانه‌های نقاشی در ایران و تاریخچۀ مطالعات این عرصه

چکیده

در گذشته رنگ‌های نقاشی به صورت آماده از طبیعت استخراج نمی‌شده و شیوۀ ساخت آنها مراحل پیچیده و وقت‌گیری داشته است. آموزش فنون رنگ‌سازی بخشی از آموزش حرفۀ نقاشان ایرانی بوده و رساله‌های آموزشی متعددی به زبان فارسی در این باب، دست‌کم از پایان قرن پنجم هجری به این سو در دست است. همچنین گفتگوهایی با برخی نقاشان معاصر وجود دارد و نیز نتایج آزمایش‌های انجام شده بر روی رنگ‌های تاریخی در مقالاتی منتشر شده است و در آینۀ این منابع سه گانه است که می‌دانیم نقاشان ایران در هر دوره چه طیفی از رنگ‌ها را می‌شناخته و به‌کار می‌برده‌اند و حتی متوجه کاربرد رنگ‌هایی می‌شویم که در دورۀ جدیدتر و در زمان ورود رنگ‌های فرنگی از دست رفته و فراموش شده‌اند. متن حاضر در پی ترسیم شمایی کلی از وضعیت دانش امروز ما از رنگ‌سازی قدیم ایران بر اساس این منابع است.

چکیده [English]

Artist’s paints were not exploited as ready materials from the natural sources and they were products of complex and time-consuming process of work. Training paint making techniques was a part of training program of apprentices and many Persian treatises on techniques of paint making remains from the end of 11th century onward. These references besides interviews with contemporary traditional artists and the published results of analytical studies on Persian historic artworks made a set of references for us to know about palette of Persian painters in different periods and to know about the losing the historic techniques of pigment production after importing the readymade western art materials. Current article is trying to draw a general scope of our knowledge about historic paint making in Iran basing on these above-mentioned triple references
